The MKS PAMP GROUP AML policy and procedures are applied by all Group companies, including MKS (Switzerland) SA, and are designed to detect and mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks.

The Group policy is implemented through a comprehensive management system that encompasses rigorous risk-based due diligence procedures before entering into new commercial relationships as well as continuous monitoring of transactions on a risk-based approach. Should we suspect that the funds or the precious metals are the proceeds of a criminal activity or are related to terrorist financing we would immediately report our suspicions to the local financial intelligence unit (FIU).
